11/20/09 - 10:24pm - NYE County Sheriff's office is cancelling the AMBER Alert. Contact them at 775 751-7000 for more information.

11/20/09 - 6:31 - NYE COUNTY, NV - An Amber Alert is issued for a 18 month old boy who was taken by his father around 3pm in Pahrump. 47 year old Stephen Alarid is a white male, 5'10", 200 pounds and is described to have a medium build. Alarid has a shaved head and brown eyes.

He is possibly driving a Gray Dodge or Ford Van without plates and may be headed to New Mexico. The boy's mother is currently talking with Nye County deputies.
